Creative Management
I believe the best tools in project management are creativity and cleverness. Some may say the two are interchangeable, both rely on organization. Raised on an Iowa farm, one learns all sorts of methods and trades; whatever it takes to get things done. I’ve taken that idea and applied it throughout my career, as an artist, a carpenter, a family woman, and as a project manager.
